Heart Digital has evolved over more than a decade, shaped by a commitment to honest strategy, clean development and measurable results.
The business began in 2013 as SEO Web Logistics, a Gold Coast based agency focused on SEO and website development. Over the years, the agency expanded, working with more than 300 businesses across Australia and building a strong reputation for technical capability and dependable service.
As the business grew and its capabilities broadened, it became clear that the name no longer reflected its values or direction. In 2024, SEO Web Logistics rebranded to Heart Digital, a name that represents a more human approach to digital, built on genuine partnerships and care for client success.
In 2025, Heart Digital welcomed Adworx Digital, a Sydney based agency founded by Nicole Capanna in 2013. Adworx brought more than 15 years of digital strategy experience, a strong focus on website performance, UX and SEO, and a reputation for clarity and straight talking digital advice. With shared values and complementary strengths, the merge was a natural step forward.
