The goal of the Digital Strategy Workshop is to establish what your business needs for its marketing and create an actionable plan that will help you get there.
We’ll host a workshop with you and any key decision-makers on your team to clarify your sales process and how you find your ideal customer. We’ll also seek to identify the success criteria for any future engagement. This will take 60-90 minutes of your time.
We’ll review your existing website traffic and search engine (SEO) performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
We’ll review your competitor’s websites and the keywords they rank for so we can identify the gap with what needs to be done to outperform them.
We’ll review your existing text content, photos and videos and recommend improvements so that they’re relevant to your target market.
We’ll review your socials and discuss potential opportunities for you to better engage with your followers, and attract others.
If relevant, we will discuss the opportunities available for your brand in this space.
Since we first opened our doors in 2013, Heart Digital has worked with literally hundreds of businesses across

During the workshop, we’ll learn as much as possible about your business, your target market and get clear on the success criteria for this project before we go off and do our research and develop the roadmap for you.
If you decide to go ahead with us to implement the roadmap, we’ll credit the price of the roadmap against the price to implement it for you.
However, you can use the roadmap that we’ll develop as part of the process to get quotes from other agencies. Or you can also use it as a strategy to make informed changes to your digital strategy yourself.

The digital strategy workshop costs $650+GST. However, if we develop a long-term partnership with the business, by way of a new website build or a campaign of some kind, we are happy to apply the $650+GST as credit to this. This offer only applies to businesses that Heart Digital has no ongoing campaign arrangement with currently.
Typically our workshops are completed in about 90 minutes.
Generally we complete them online as we are able to easily transcribe the discussions (saving us taking 1000s of notes and slowing down the process in person).
We will brief you prior to the workshop on what to expect. However, prior to the workshop we may ask some questions about your business and immediate competitors. Other than this, we’ll make all the preparations as we will facilitate the discussions on the day.
